e-Crib is WESCO Integrated Supply’s most robust MRO software program and includes the widest range of procurement and inventory management functions. The program combines spot buy ordering, and crib management processes on a single platform. E-Crib can link all customer storerooms to a “virtual” crib, with crib to crib transfers. E-Crib has a large range of performance reports, and planning tools.

IMS is an inventory management system designed to meet the needs of a single stockroom or a satellite crib. This program enables multiple levels of inventory ownership, inventory optimization metrics, automatic replenishment, based on a Min/Max system, and catalogs (general, plant or personal). can also provide both summary and one up invoicing.

KanBan is point of use replenishment using bar coded cards to replenish a predetermined lot of materials. The program interfaces with IMS or e-Crib.

Bar Coding is available for multiple applications. For a basic application, bar coding is used for receiving new material, stocking “free stocking” areas around a site, and inventory cycle counts.

Inspection Tracking and Quality Compliance is a process for identifying and tracking all materials that require an inspection process.

Regrind and Repairs is a process for identifying and tracking material for regrind and repair material.

Warranty tracking is a program to manage and process warranty claims. The program is developing a comprehensive database for manufacturer warranty information.
